Custom Radio and TV Databases and mailing labels

Let's start with Radio: 

Maybe you need something that doesn't fit the choices on the left. No problem. We can create a custom file to your specifications. On our Radio file you can decide whether you want just commercial stations, just noncommercial stations...or a combination of both. What's the difference? Well, commercial stations are licensed to be able to play commercials and noncommercial stations cannot. Noncommercial stations include College Radio, Public Radio, small community stations, some religious broadcasters and low power FM.  You may also select by:

• Format (Aside from the formats on the left, we have Adult Contemporary, Top 40/Dance, Nostalgia/Big Band, Spanish, Jazz, Oldies, and more.)

• Market size (how big of a town they are in)

• AM vs. FM

• Power Output

• Geographic selection. There's no extra charge if you provide a starting and ending zip code or a list of just 10 states. 

• Owner (Clear Channel, CBS, Citadel, Cumulus, Emmis, Etc.

If we can do your selection by computer, the cost includes a base price of $150 PLUS 10 cents per record...So 500 stations costs $200, 1000 stations costs $250, and so on. Now let's say you wants us to remove 100 cities where you already have clients.  We can do that manually for an extra $3 per city. What if it's a list of 100 stations you want removed? That's $1 per station extra for manual removal. 

Duplicate email addresses: Let's say you want to send an email to both the Program Director and Music Director. At some stations this will be the same person and maybe you don't know how to combine the fields and remove the duplicates. For an extra $50 we can create a custom email file with dupes removed. That file will then be nothing but the email addresses, ready for you to drop into your email program. Any custom file must be ordered by phoning us at 800-759-4561 or 763-522-6256.

What about TV? 

Again, we can customize to your specifications. select by:

• Network (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW, Univision, Independent, ION, PBS, MNT, etc.)

• Market size (how big of a town they are in)

• Commercial vs. noncommercial

• Power Output

• Geographic selection. There's no extra charge if you provide a starting and ending zip code or a list of just 10 states.

If we can do your selection by computer, the cost includes a base price of $75 plus 5 cents per record...So 500 labels cost $100, 1000 stations cost $125, 2000 labels cost $175. and so on.
